The book titled “The Use of Salt in Health Tourism,” prepared by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tekin Sancar, Director of our University’s Salt Therapy Application and Research Center, and Şerif Başaran, was published by Özgür Publications.
An original work in its field, the book explores the health effects of salt, its relationship with alternative treatment methods, and its uses in health tourism. Offering an academic perspective, the book aims to make significant contributions to both the scientific community and the health tourism sector.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tekin Sancar emphasized that the book will be a resource for studies on health tourism and that it will contribute to the promotion of salt therapy practices on a regional and national scale.
