A conference titled "Development of Health Tourism in Türkiye and the World" was held at our university to discuss current developments in the field of health.
The conference held in the Medico Social Building September 8 Martyrs Conference Hall was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Recep Gülşen, academic and administrative staff and students.
TUZMER Director Dr. Lecturer Tekin Sancar was the speaker in the program.
Within the scope of the program, the development process of health tourism both in our country and around the world, its economic effects, sectoral potential and the difficulties encountered were discussed in detail. Dr. Sancar stated that Turkey has become an important destination in health tourism and also touched on the strategic opportunities and future predictions in the field.
The program ended with a question-answer session.
